Monday Mile(s) - 6pm every Monday

Monday Mile is our laid-back start to the week. It's specifically an option for those who may be intimidated by the idea of a "run club." We meet up for a bit before heading into the park for a walk or run at one's own direction.

Runs are free and open to all

If you've run for years, are just getting started or just want to take a walk around the block

You're welcome as you are

We are about community not pace

Nobody is elite here. Most of us started running as adults. We know exercise is more fun outdoors and with other people

We will have a 5k/3ish mile route that can be shortened if needed. Go at your own pace. We'll make sure no one's dropped.

Runs meet at a local restaurant or brewpub. After the run we usually hang out with a beverage or meal. Sometimes we play bar trivia. Plan a to make a night of it.
